"CICT ischools open source" gave me more meaningful results. In particular, http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=580752 -- CICT to computerize 320 public high schools - iSchools -- complete with a list of targeted schools. It just occurred to me -- and this is kinda embarrassing considering I was part of the core group -- the Philippine Open Source Initiative (POSITIVE) came up with courseware based on open source software. Unfortunately, the project ended before we could document it. Might be interesting to find out what happened to that courseware. -- Daniel O.
