1.  Filipinos don't care.  Fsck your POS software if I can't do XXX.
2.  Filipinos don't write good software.  Or at least, they think they
can't write code as good as others.
3.  Filipinos pirate.  Why should I write code when I can steal
someone else's and pass this off as mine (er wait, why do I even have
to build the code when binary copies are out on the streets for
cheap?) :P

I'd lie if I didn't admit to enjoying spare time and talent on things
other than contributing to FOSS.  Probably because the other half of
my time is spent on working with FOSS to do stuff, indirectly
contributing by sheer usage, directly contributing with the occasional
bug report or patch.

Directly contributing to FOSS (e.g. maintaining packages, writing new
Perl modules, etc) would probably be higher in my list if I'm paid to
do it, and only that *hint hint* :P
