I was just told by the account manager from First Datacorp that the self support subscription option is not offered to APAC countries - is this true? How come?
I can't find anything on the Red Hat website regarding it. Makes me think it's just not carried by First Datacorp or the option can only be bought online. Can somebody enlighten me on this? Need to make a recommendation what and where to buy (the project contract requires us to provide licensed/subscribed Red Hat but we're hoping we the self support option will suffice).
