I bought one a year or two ago, don't know if it's a similar model as what I got before, but on GNU/Linux mine looks like any run of the mill USB storage device like a thumb drive when plugged into a hard drive. Never tried it with optical drives or such. -- For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled.
