I am on rapidxen, and I can vouch for their awesome support team (they hang out on freenode IRC too. :) They have a very cool control panel featuring status graphs for the VPS, as well as out-of-band virtual console (you can log in your VPS shell via the browser, a la VMWare Web GUI.)
