There is even no need for google. From that message alone it is already apparent that the code is trying to insert a null value in the password field and causing the violation.
This brings the question if the OP just inherited a codebase and being asked to fix errors? The error messages being posted seems to be basic ones, and I can understand them even if I am not even an Oracle developer. ciao!
