We have exported a database from ArcGIS software with extension file name ".dbf.xml", example: "file.dbf.xml"
My questions are: 1. What free open source software can open this file that it can be displayed in tabulated form? 2. How or can this be imported to MS Excel or OpenOffice Calc or Base so that it can be displayed in tabulated form? We want it displayed in tabulated form because we will be publishing the data/records in print media. Anyone? Thank you.
