Sincr you're trying to connect to a Globe IP from a PLDT IP, from my experience the traffic has to go abroad to Singapore (beforr it was the US) and back.
Try connecting using a Globe DSL or 3G/LTE and see if you fare better. If not then, at the very least, you'll know that the Globe-PLDT [non-]interconnection isn't the problem. --- mike t. fooler mail <[email protected]> wrote: >this evil google when the email senders are coming from yahoo domain, >it puts all yahoo senders to spam folder.. > >$ dig +short efps.bir.gov.ph >202.95.235.69 > >$ whois 202.95.235.69 >[Querying whois.apnic.net] >[whois.apnic.net] >% [whois.apnic.net] >% Whois data copyright terms http://www.apnic.net/db/dbcopyright.html > >% Information related to '202.95.224.0 - 202.95.239.255' > >inetnum: 202.95.224.0 - 202.95.239.255 >netname: APMI >descr: AyalaPort Makati, Inc. >descr: Data Center Operator >descr: Philippines >country: PH >admin-c: RQ13-AP >tech-c: MM236-AP >mnt-by: APNIC-HM >mnt-lower: MAINT-PH-APMI >mnt-irt: IRT-GLOBEIDC-PH >changed: [email protected] 20011210 >status: ALLOCATED PORTABLE >source: APNIC > >irt: IRT-GLOBEIDC-PH >address: 4/F Globe Tlecom Plaza >address: Pioneer cor Madisons Sts. >address: Mandaluyong City >address: Philippines >e-mail: [email protected] >abuse-mailbox: [email protected] >admin-c: LC13-AP >tech-c: AL470-AP >auth: # Filtered >mnt-by: MAINT-GT-IDC-PH >changed: [email protected] 20101108 >source: APNIC > >person: Mark Martinez >address: 2275 Chino Roces Extension, >address: Makati City, Philippines >country: PH >phone: +63-2-7573333 >fax-no: +63-2-7572110 >e-mail: [email protected] >nic-hdl: MM236-AP >mnt-by: MAINT-PH-APMI >changed: [email protected] 20011030 >source: APNIC > >person: Rex Quinto >address: 2275 Chino Roces Extension, >address: Makati City, Philippines >country: PH >phone: +63-2-7573333 >fax-no: +63-2-7572110 >e-mail: [email protected] >nic-hdl: RQ13-AP >mnt-by: MAINT-PH-APMI >changed: [email protected] 20011030 >source: APNIC > >Threat (Proof of Concept): > >root:x:0:0:Super-User:/:/sbin/sh >daemon:x:1:1::/: >bin:x:2:2::/usr/bin: >sys:x:3:3::/: >adm:x:4:4:Admin:/var/adm: >lp:x:71:8:Line Printer Admin:/usr/spool/lp: >uucp:x:5:5:uucp Admin:/usr/lib/uucp: >nuucp:x:9:9:uucp Admin:/var/spool/uucppublic:/usr/lib/uucp/uucico >smmsp:x:25:25:SendMail Message Submission Program:/: >listen:x:37:4:Network Admin:/usr/net/nls: >gdm:x:50:50:GDM Reserved UID:/: >webservd:x:80:80:WebServer Reserved UID:/: >postgres:x:90:90:PostgreSQL Reserved UID:/:/usr/bin/pfksh >svctag:x:95:12 > >fooler. > >On Fri, Apr 10, 2015 at 11:43 AM, Ambrosio Berdijo <[email protected]> wrote: >> hi all, >> >> Just wanted to see if anyone in PLUG has any idea why the BIR eFPS system >> (https://efps.bir.gov.ph/) is slow. >> - Bandwidth+connectivity issue?
