Comelec self hosted their site and the precinct finder. The DOST ASTI and ICTO have beefed up their infrastructure and security of the websites that are hosted in their data center. Any theory on how the data was copied? > They got hacked during the holy week. So likely the hackers had full bandwidth to upload the data during that time. Holden
