Drexx, that posting didnt set any bounds on the scope and bounds of support. Think of getting paged everyday and being requested to go onsite for every single, inane reason being attributed to the server. Php95k for a year on an unbounded support like that would be a steal for the requestor, and a scourge for the unwary bid winner.
