snes9x works great.  You'll have to download roms for the games you
have (and you'll have to search to find them...), but I believe it is
legal to do so if you already own the cartridges.

You can also play many (all?) of the legacy games on a Wii, but you'll
have to buy them again (I *think* the snes games are about $5 / game).
