I need a new computer.... I am on a very limited budget...
My current computer is AMD +1800 .. ..The CPU goes to 100% when I use a browser.. I am running Ubuntu 8-10 Intrepid.... Suggestions for Cheap upgrade??? Something that will last another 4 or 5 years??
