If you can't find an sql-specific mode for the speedbar, you can
always make it show all files.  When emacs is running in a windowing
environment (as opposed to a terminal), you can right-click in the
speedbar and choose 'show all files' from the speedbar submenu.

M-x speedbar-toggle-show-all-files will accomplish the same thing, if
you'd rather do it that way (or set it automatically).
