I have used Mantis as a user, not as a developer, and I was not in
charge of it. I found it easy to navigate, simple enough for ordinary
users of a program, and it has a good search ability.

For an example of it in use and a bug I reported:

http://bugs.scribus.net/view.php?id=8114

I have often tried to post bugs for other programs and found the bug
tracking system so incomprehensible that I gave up.
