I am not a lawyer, and I am not an expert on American or German law.

However, since you posted it on a list of people who know how to hack
from Linux, the implication IMO is clear. I suspect a lawyer could use
your words to incriminate us. I therefore echo Robert's objections.

In that case, I suggest that you hire someone who is an expert on German
law -- and if you're serious, hire someone who has a license to practice
in German courts.

Actions speak louder than words. Kindness gets a better reaction than
vinegar. If you start such a community, and start showing more kindness
to others here on this list, then I might listen further.
