In the past four or five years I have had several Seagate drives fail,
usually within the warranty, but then the drives replaced by Seagate
also failed. This experience has earned Seagate a top position in my
Do-Not-Buy list.

But I am merely a home user, and my experience is anecdotal only.
Nevertheless, I find the Blackblaze data interesting. But I should add
that these days I am interested mostly in data for laptop and external
USB 3.0 drives.
