The link at /usr/bin/zoom points to /opt/zoom/ZoomLauncher, if I run either
it starts Zoom with my user account (I have a university license).
It seems Zoom stores a lot of stuff in $HOME/.zoom including some logs,
start looking there.
Without that directory, zoom sends a lot of info to stdout which also may
help.
