I'm not absolutely certain, but I *think* that CenturyLink/Quantum
only supports IPv6 using 6rd. My OpenWrt configuration looks like
this:

  config interface 'wan6'
        option device '@wan'
        option proto '6rd'
        option peeraddr '205.171.2.64'
        option ip6prefix '2602::'
        option ip6prefixlen '24'
        option ip4prefixlen '0'

You might be able to translate that into OPNSense and give it a whirl.
