Do you use kdeconnect on iPhone? It's pretty nice. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kde-connect/id1580245991 If you sync the files to icloud you can download them in the browser. There is this wrapper for icloud. https://snapcraft.io/icloud-for-linux I am shifting my photos management to immich on the home server. Have any of you all tried it? It's a contender.
