I am not able to get to the CLI using Ctr+Alt+ any F key. Is there another
way?

I took a look at the installed packages using grep "install"
/media/ubuntu/e64e6da3-6922-4ae6-9b8b-b1c9d53fe13e/var/log/dpkg.log, and
noticed a large number of half installed packages from 8/10/25, about the
time of the last apt update/upgrade. I assume that is my problem. Without
getting to the CLI, I guess there is no way to fix these issues.

I guess it may be time for some new SSDs and OS.
