Hi,

I have an ext4 filesystem on a LVM logical volume and while rsyncing
some files off the filesystem, I got some block I/O errors where the
block read failed, e.g.:

  [Tue Nov 18 11:44:53 2025] Buffer I/O error on dev dm-1, logical
block 74937497, async page read

I did a ddrescue on the logical volume block device and so my syslogs
show this same block error about 10 times as it retried.

So, my question is, how to figure out which file (if any) that block
belongs to. I recall doing this before, a while ago, but it was long
enough ago that I don't remember how. I can dredge it up again, but I
wonder if anyone has a favorite method off the top of your head?
