[plug] Patching Kernel Sources

I tried patching my Redhat 6.2 Kernel source (2.2.14) using a patch file
(2.2.15) downloaded from a mirror of www.kernel.org and I encountered a lot
of patching errors (missing file).  Does Redhat use its own version of the
linux kernel?  Do I have to patch Redhat sources using Redhat patches?
Where can I download Redhat Kernel patches?
