Hi, There been a rumor that the slowdown of Netcard from Newgen last couple of weeks. A representative from NewGen claimed that the caused of the said slowdown is because they are upgrading their system. But the reason of that slowdown is because they got hacked. They just don't wanna admit it because, of course it is obvious that their clients and subscribers will loose confidence on them.
