Hi,

I am looking for someone who is willing to work on a contract basis for the following
requirements.

I would also appreciate it if you can recommend anyone for this project.

Please send me your resume and the amount you expect in return for delivering these
requirements.

Best Regards,
James

Background:
----------

- I would like to deploy a client-server application and host it in an ISP's network.

- Subscribers will dial into the ISP's network to gain access to the Internet. From
there subscribers will have to login again to gain access to my application servers.

- Subscribers will be charged a basic rate when dialing into the ISP and they will be
charged an additional rate for accessing the application server.

- The client-server applications are packaged software products that I will provide.
However, I will need someone to develope a script / applicaiton that will control and
log access to the application servers.

Environment:
-----------

- The ISP uses Linux servers

- The ISP uses Citron RADIUS server to Authenticate their subscribers. However they
keep their subscriber data (username/password) in a GDBM file.

- The ISP keeps subscriber useage information in a GDBM file. They request that we
access these files using PERL scripts.

- The client-server applications cannot be modified. They use IP as the transport
protocol.

Requirements:
------------

- Create an application that will do the following:
        - Provide a Login screen to provide access to the Application Servers
        - Bar Subscribers from accessing the Application Server, if the subscriber has
not logged in or after the subscriber has logged out.
        - Debit the subscribers pre-paid account for access time to the application
servers
        - Provide a useage log

- Prefereably this application should run on a Linux box using mostly "free" software.

- Additional Requirements:
        - Provide a Chat Server for those accessing my Application Server
