once in a while, red hat offers trainings here and if i'm not mistaken
already includes a certification exam at the end of it. Rates range from
1200 USD to 1500 USD . You could go to redhat.com for more info and
notifications whenever they conduct trainings here. Anybody here been in
one?

no. you could use it almost in any *nixes as a replacement for inetd. More
secure than inetd, and is much more configurable.
