Possible solutions:
#1 Check your routing tables.
#2 Use IPChains.
#3 Set up a Squid Proxy Server.
If you don't know how to do the above yourself,
ask some of the guys here if they'll do it for you.
Piece of cake.
Hmm... maybe you should donate something to the PLUG for
