the newbie list isn't for newbies only, but geared towards the newbie. the
rules for posting should probably be less stringent than the unwritten one
we have here (or was there one but it never got re-cycled?). if you're on
the newbie list, you could expect there to be a higher number of clueless
questions as well as cluefull ones. i would expect the more difficult
questions to be posted here on the main list though.
