#i just checked sun's site though, and there's already a J2EE SDK for RH 6.0
#and 6.1 (http://www.java.sun.com/j2ee/j2sdkee/) so i guess we can write
#*enterprise java apps* on linux afterall. dati kasi kulelat palagi
#mag-release ang sun ng mga JDK/SDK para sa linux... and even now, they only
#specify RH 6.0 and 6.1....

Actually, I've been deploying web applications on Linux that use or use
part of J2EE since early last year -- a public site being
www.mapua.org. It uses JSP, Server-side JavaBeans, and EJB..

The only addition to the Linux version of J2EE is just, er, the installer,
plus Sun now officially supports J2EE on Linux.

WORA, it's pree-tee sweet.
