Here's what happens when a client browser (i.e Netscape) is accessing a
website (i.e. www.netscape.com):

1)
client browser --------> web server
port: 14000              port: 80
SYN (syn request)        

2)
client browser <-------- web server
                         ACK 
                         SYN
3)
client browser --------->web server
ACK
