I was thinking about how the Internet in the Philippines developed. Used to be when just about the only ISPs were Mozcom, Sequel, Iphil, EMC (those are only the ones I remembered). Then the telcos came and with their Outside plant networks and cheap (to them) Internetional infrastructure. I'm just wondering...if I were to ask right now, which of the non-telco ISP's kaya are surviving or even excelling today ? Would any have an elected "top ten" list of non-telco ISP's ?
