You use the xsub interface in Perl. It's described in Chapter 21 of
"Programming Perl" by Wall, Christiansen, and Orwant. I learned how to
do this by studying examples in the Perl module list. Try to study
other perl modules that use XSub and see how they work if you don't have
the book. If you need an example someone on the list may be able to
explain to you, look for Crypt::Rijndael on CPAN ;).
