[plug] Performance problems with RH7.1 IP forwarding?

I've just upgraded a RH6.2 installation to RH7.1 using the RH installer's upgrade 
option, and I've noticed that the ipchains/masquerading performance seems to have 
deteriorated. Anyone else notice this?
