Hello,
I have assembled some GPS information for the Philippines and it is
located in http://www.landroverclub.ph/gps_information.html . I would
like obtain more information from GPS users out there to make the web
site more useful for car, boat, airplane, and hiking navigation.
For non-GPS users, having a GPS with the proper information will give
you a device that will constantly update you on how far you are from
your destination, estimated time of arrival based on your present speed,
and constant turning directions. Hence, imagine going to a beach in
Batangas or Mt. Pinatubo for the first time. Having a GPS with proper track
information will almost guarantee that you won't get lost in a place
where there might be no people to ask directions from.
If you have a GPS or know of people who use this device, please ask them
to share their information in the web site. Thanks.
Eric
