hi marvin,
they may have also edited the acl's on your organization's proxy server.
in this case, you need to check which client ip's are still able to browse,
and then 'borrow' their ip for a while.
they may also have changed the port where your proxy server listens on.
same solution as the above, just check out the browser's proxy settings on a
box that is still able to browse.
the reasonable solution maybe just to ask for authorization from the proper
authorities. this will save them and you a lot of trouble in the long run.
