 DAVID PARAISO JR.:

David Paraiso, Jr. is Director of Information
Systems for Integrated Technologies, Inc. .  He is an instructor of
Electronic Commerce, CALS, EDI, XML, and Business Process Engineering at
various
institutions, including Business Management and Engineering UCLA, UC-Irvine,
UC-Berkeley, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgetown University CC,
United States International University - San Diego, University of
New Mexico, Arizona State University and the Electronic Commerce
Resource Center. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the EC Institute
with DISA;
board member of the Southern California Electronic Business Forum; and,
Chairman and moderator of IT_INTL and PH-INTL.

Mr. Paraiso has 25+ years implementation experience with large-scale
e-commerce and systems integration projects primarily with Fortune 1,000 and
multi-national corporations.  He has held management, marketing, business

services to the Philippines. The virtual community consists of subscribers
from the Philippines, United States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia,
Japan,  Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and other countries with
substantial number of Filipino Expatriates and
Overseas Foreign Workers. At least 90% of the subscribers/participants are of
Filipino ancestry and have been outside of the Philippines between 10 and 30
years, translating into substantial "core-competencies and economic
influence". The remaining 10% are non-Filipinos. Subscription to this
