Hi everyone,
I'm new to PGP (believe it or not) and just got my copy of GnuPG working
yesterday. I am wondering: given that not everybody has PGP or GnuPG, are
there netiquette issues with sending PGP-signed e-mail to such lists as
PLUG? Everyone can still read the e-mail anyway (albeit the "garbage") but
I was just wondering. :)
