Just read this mail. This was what gra.ph was before, if you were there.
And speaking of the domain, whither sysads.com? sysads.com used to have a
website and a closed (if I recall correctly) mailing list.

I visited http://www.internet.org.ph/ and
have read some of the articles and information regarding the Philippine
Internet. Currently, our team is working on a site called "SysAds.org"
which aims to help and serve I.T. professionals. SysAds.org
also targets to be a knowledge depot for novice, seasonal, and advanced systems
administrators, or even to those who aspire to venture out in this field.
The site also intends to provide various topics and issues involving systems
administrations. Moreover, we would like to promote open source technology,
publish reviews, and give the latest trends in the I.T.
With this, may we ask for you help since we are still in the process of
improving the site. If you have friends of the same interest, or may contribute
their thoughts, ideas, or even articles to this site, please refer them to
http://www.sysads.org. It would be great if you could also your insights and
advice.
