how big is you /var?, I usually put /var on its own filesystem and separate
it on the / filesystem. If your users uses POP it will clean up
/var/spool/mail because the client stores it on the local hd, but if using
IMAP it stores on the INBOX on the server. /var has all the email of your
users, logs and ques.
