Some of us got the Linux penguin (tux) with the Oracle pin
during Q-Linux's Linux-1999(2000?), as free Oracle give-away.
This started me on my stuffed-penguin collection. I now have
about four of them:
Oracle-linux penguin
A bathroom penguin (panghilod)
A Singapore zoo pengiun
A beanie-bag pengiun.
I am not usually a collector, but for linux-penguin lookalikes
I am willing to make an exception. I also have McDonald's plastic
pengiun, and the Singapore MRT-card penguin release.
Linus Torvalds was once quoted that penguins run fast (just like
Linux?), but I discovered that they are also fast swimmers.
