should only be one which is the ip of your content dns
server , though there is patch to make tinydns listen
on multiple interface

yes but you can add ips (permitting them to use the
dnscachex)

okay i think you really should visit

it again  read also the part where you tune up
dnscache - CACHESIZE AND DATALIMIT something that is
missing from BIND)

:) nice you pass the dns 101 course :) ( many people
are still commiting the mistake of opening up their
dnscaches for public(non clients of them)

yes to other slaves setting up axfrdns is enough but
yeah there are other slaves (bind ones) that needs the
notify script like teleglobe (or my experience with
them before)
