PLDT Remote Access was deployed to different parts of the country, and once
a particular ISP subscribe for E1/R2 ports (which depends where that ISP
wants to have ports- meaning what particular place) that ISP will then be
accessible to that particular place and the call will be charged as local.

e.g. A user subscribed in an ISP here in manila can still use his account in
Cebu (or anywhere else) where he/she subscribed dialing the local no.
provided by PLDT to that ISP.... OK....!!!!

        i need some info of PLDT Brains it is true that you can connect in 
one ISP if they using PLDT Brains,, any ISP in the Philippines
