Go to any Noka Care service center.  If you bought it from HK, walang
warranty yun so you pay around 1600.00 for a firmware upgrade.

Go do an upgrade.  Its worth it.  Your fone will be much happier and run
faster.  I'm up to 3.62, and already there's a 4.11
