Hello Jeffrey.
I came from UPD so let me try to help you locate NEC =).
If you're coming from UST, you have to somehow get to Quezon
Avenue/Pantranco.
Landmarks=Jalibi,wendys and 7/11
From there, you can get a jeep that will enter UP. The sign board for
the jeeps read UP Campus Pantranco.
Once you get to UP, you tell the driver you want to go down in Vinzon's
Hall.
From there, you just ask the friendly people where NEC is. By the way,
NEC=National Eng'g Center
NEC is in between the College of Eng'g bldg and the College of Law bldg.
All of the mentioned bldgs.
are situated at the perimeter of the oval.
