i'd like to know how to do an NFS install from a windows 2000 computer with a cdrom drive to a 486pc using a crossover cable and NICs. i have the red hat bootdisk for the 486 and it supports my nic. how do i configure the win2k machine for the ip address, gateway, DNS server (these are asked during the NFS install). and what path will i use to point to the CD drive? i'd really like to keep the case on both pc's.
