by default its 50MB
since an attachment is MIME64 encoded, a 40-odd MB file will bloat to 50MB 
after MIME encoding.

the appropriate config parameter is "mailbox_size_limit"

RTFM or use Google -- a simple visit to www.postfix.org would have 
answered all your questions.
