Hi Joon,

Actually, this was exactly what happened to me a while back.  Prior to
using KDE as my desktop, I was using Win2K/Microsoft Outlook.  When I
transferred to Linux/KDE/Ximian Evolution, I had this same problem. 
This was how I did it:

1.  From my Windows box, I installed Netscape Mail.  After the
installation, I imported everything from MS Outlook [in your case, that
would just be plain Outlook].
2.  I looked for the files it generated and copied them to my new Linux
box, fired up KDE and Ximian Evolution [an Outlook-like mailer].
3.  Imported the mbox-styled file I copied from the Windows box. 

That's it!!!  Now, I am using Linux/KDE/Ximian
Evolution/OpenOffice/etc/etc/etc 100%!!!
