"Malapit" is relative. Geographical proximity is not the same as topological proximity. I don't think even PhIX can fix that. That said, yes, there is a mozcom mirror, as Mike volunteered. Isn't there also a mirror at leathercollection.ph? Jijo should be able to tell you. If he does, that's on the PLDT network so might be closer to you depending on your provider.
