I think there's a separate php4 package for the 2.0 version (available
at php.net), since apache 2.0 uses a different sort of APACI (or
something like that).  I had to do a --with-apxs2 with 2.0 instead of
the usual --with-apxs.

This was installed in a test server, btw, and was installed from scratch
(not an upgrade from 1.3 -> 2.0).  Also, when I intalled it, the latest
php then was 4.1.1.  Maybe 4.2.1 can handle both apache variants
already.
