I think there's a separate php4 package for the 2.0 version (available at php.net), since apache 2.0 uses a different sort of APACI (or something like that). I had to do a --with-apxs2 with 2.0 instead of the usual --with-apxs. This was installed in a test server, btw, and was installed from scratch (not an upgrade from 1.3 -> 2.0). Also, when I intalled it, the latest php then was 4.1.1. Maybe 4.2.1 can handle both apache variants already. -- Joon Guillen ================================ So computers are tools of the Devil? thought Newt. He had no problem believing it.
