Anyone who thinks the system console can be secured against break-in
without physical security (meaning denying physical access) is an idiot.
Mind you, there are lots of idiots out there, and many of them are
best-selling authors on Unix security.

That, in fact, is one of my quick-and-dirty criteria for smoking out
idiots among security authors.
