Try greping the username of the remote user
%killall pppd | grep -v -e grep | grep <remoteuser> | awk '{print $1}'
or try remove the user you dial-out
%killall pppd | grep -v -e grep | grep -v -e <dial-out username> | awk
'{print $1}'
